2. "What are the fees?"

>> Membership: $25 /month.

>> Per request "Taxi Fare": $2.5 + $0.40 /minute.


3. "How am I charged?"

>> Membership fees are auto charged monthly.

>> Per Request fees are charged on your prepaid account balance.


4. "How do I update my balance?"

>> You can add credit online: +$25 / +$50 / +$100 (+5% free) / +$200 (+7% free) / +$300 or more (+10% free)


5. "Is there a free trial?"

>> No, but new members get $25 free credit.

>> Invite a friend, both get $15 free credit.


6. "Is there a quality insurance?"

>> Yes, you rate each request: 1. Excellent / 2. Very Good / 3. OK / 4. Could be better / 5. Bad.

>> You don't pay a request rated bad, no question asked. Up to 3 times, then we will call you to discuss if we are a good fit.


7. "Can I cancel my plan?"

>> Yes, anytime.


8. "What don't you do?"

>> Physical assistance. Among other things.


9. "How fast is the service?"

>> We acknowledge your request within minutes. We prioritize requests on a case per case basis and according to your deadlines.
